Duration: 6 to 9 months, depending on the structure

Phase 1: Preparation

Intrapreneurship programs start with a ramp-up phase in which goals, framework conditions, selection criteria, and time and financial resources are defined. Lead Innovation supports planning and communication, including the design of the application process. After the official announcement, participants are selected according to predefined criteria.


Phase 2: Implementation

The selected intrapreneurs start with a kick-off event, which includes team building, a program overview, and initial innovation management training. In the exploration phase, the teams define and validate the problem and its market attractiveness, supported by specific training, sprint meetings, and coaching. After a successful pitch, we move on to the ideation phase, in which solution ideas, prototypes, and concepts are developed using creative methods and external input. In the final validation phase, the teams finalize their projects, test them on the market with initial prototypes, and create business cases and market strategies, supported by targeted training and individual coaching, until the final pitch.


Phase 3: Conclusion

At a festively arranged event, the final teams come together to stand in the spotlight and have the unique opportunity to present their ideas, concepts, and prototypes in a final pitch that decides on implementation.
