Preamble
Lead Innovation protects your privacy. This privacy policy applies to the use of our website and our online registration service. They govern data collection, processing and use. If you use our website or online registration service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

General information
When accessing our websites, information about the access (date, time, pages viewed, IP address, etc.) is saved to our server as log files. We do this on the basis of a justified interest in monitoring technical operations, to optimize our information content, and to detect attacks on our website. This data is evaluated by us in anonymized form exclusively for our own statistical purposes. The log files are deleted after six months.

We usually do not collect any personal data when you use our Web content. If you contact us using the contact forms provided or subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and other personal data is only used for the individual correspondence for responding to your query. We assure you that your details will exclusively be used by us, never passed on, and treated confidentially in accordance with the statutory regulations that apply. You have the right to information, the rectification, and erasure of data, the right to restrict and object to processing (in particular to object to the sending of direct advertising), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Queries via email and through contact forms
We process the data from your query (name, company, contact details, content of the query, history of previous contact with us) that you send to us through the contact form or via email for the purpose of customer care (pre-contractual measures) and for marketing purposes (legitimate interest in sending direct advertising and profile building).
Your data is supplemented by us with publicly accessible information from your website or the website of your company/employer, your social media profiles, telephone directories, or other directories available on the Internet and combined with your profile.
Your data will be deleted by us seven years after the last time of contact unless there are statutory obligations for retaining the data.
Newsletter registration
The newsletter is only sent with your explicit consent, which you grant us voluntarily when completing a contact form and checking the appropriate box and then clicking on the confirmation link in the follow-up confirmation email which is sent automatically (double opt-in). Upon receipt of the newsletter, your clicking and reading behavior is logged.
You can revoke your consent for the sending of the newsletter at any time by providing your data via email to privacy@lead-innovation.com. Every newsletter also contains an option for unsubscribing. The legal basis applicable up to the time of revocation is not affected by this.
Your data will be stored up to the time of revocation / unsubscribing from the newsletter.
